How do I schedule a My Gym party?

It's easy! For your convenience, you can request a date or book a party by placing a deposit through your My Gym Account or directly online here. If you have any questions or need help, just give us a text or call and we'd be happy to help you reserve your special day and time! Please remember, party slots due fill up in advance and must be reserved a minimum of two weeks before your desired date.

How long are My Gym parties?

Our parties are an hour and a half. We encourage you to open presents at home, allowing as much play time as possible. Ask us about availability to add an additional half-hour ($75). Adding this half-hour on at the time of booking (if available) ensures your additional time as there may be another party scheduled before or after as your date gets closer rendering the additional time unavailable.

Is a deposit required?

A $200 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to reserve your party. The remaining balance is due and payable on the day of your party.

Will My Gym provide entertainment and staff on the gym floor?

Our fun and friendly staff will not only provide entertainment but will develop a custom party with games and activities just for your child.  From our large selection of music to award-winning programs, we do it all!

How many children can I invite?

There are 3 different package options for you to choose from. The Grand package includes 10 children, the Deluxe package includes up to 15, and the Premier package includes up to 20. The birthday child is included in the guest count. You may change which package is best as late as the Monday before your party. Our MAXIMUM number of children is 25, as that is the number of children we can safely have in our play area.

What if I have more than the number of children allotted in each package?

Additional guests are welcome! There is a $10 charge per additional guest over the specified number included in your Grand or Deluxe Party Package and $15 per additional guest for a Premiere Party Package. The maximum number of children allowed on the gym floor is 25.  This number does not include children who are in baby carriers or held for the entire party, but it does include any children who are on the gym floor or equipment.

Does My Gym provide favors/goodie bags?

We have options for party favors. After you schedule your party, an email will come straight to you with a purchase option. These favors are a direct order and super convenient. We also keep favors in the gym, so if you're in need of a last-minute option, just let us know. Our goal is to make things as easy for you as possible!

What time should I arrive at the party?

We ask that the host arrives no more than 5-10 minutes prior to their scheduled party, as we will be cleaning & preparing the gym for the birthday party - as well as allowing the party prior to yours to exit. You are welcome to drop any décor, paper goods, etc. off ahead of time for us to set up prior to your arrival.

**If you require more time for a "Pinterest-style" setup, just inquire about adding additional time to the party for set-up at an add-on cost. Please note, we typically host back-to-back parties, so with no additional setup time for adding extravagant setups (intricate banners/backdrops or a large amount of decor, etc.) can be accommodated and will be pushed into guest arrival. For party setups that will take more than 10-15 minutes we highly recommend adding additional time for an additional fee if available. 

Is there an additional charge for parents and/or caregivers?

There is no additional charge for parents or caregivers and adults or caregivers are not allowed on any of the equipment.

Is each child required to have a signed waiver?

For insurance purposes, ALL children must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or guardian before entering the play area. My Gym provides a link to the party to send out to guests so guests can sign before they arrive.

Do I need to stay at the party?

The party host is required to stay at the party. Parents of children 3 years old and under are required to accompany their children on the gym floor. However, other adults are also welcome to stay and enjoy the fun!  

Are socks required?

For safety purposes, we ask for children to go barefoot and for parents to wear socks. Including this in the invitations helps everyone be prepared on party day. Extra socks are available for purchase for $2. The host parent is also welcome to bring extra socks in for guests.

Can I use my own decorations and/or paper products in the gym?

You are welcome to use your own decorations or paper products; we do not allow ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, or confetti (choke-hazard). Please keep in mind there is limited setup time between parties when planning decorations. If you choose to bring your own paper products or choose the Grand Celebration we ask for you to bring plates, forks, and napkins prior to the day of the party - please provide enough plates, napkins, and forks for your party guests. Since paper products are not included in the Grand Celebration, there will be an additional fee should you need to use ours. Additionally, with the Deluxe or Premier package, paper goods are only provided for the party children. You will need to purchase extra if you require them for the adults. You are also welcome to bring in your own paper goods for the party guests, but credits or substitutions are not provided for doing so. 

How about balloons or a piñata?

We include basic balloon and streamer decorations (2 colors of your choosing) but extra or helium balloons are not included.  We now have BALLOON ARCHES which can be customized just for you. You are welcome to bring in your own balloons to add to the party too. Pinata's are only available as a party add on through us and will include bags and filling.

Do you provide setup and clean-up?

Absolutely! We will set up the gym and take care of all clean-up afterward.

Are gratuities (tips) appropriate?

Gratuities for our staff are not expected or required but are always welcome and appreciated for a job well done.

When will you contact me for details about my party?

We will text you the Monday prior to the party to schedule a time to go over details including music and game requests, as well as a few other questions. If you have any questions as your date gets closer feel free to text them to us at any time! We want everything to be ready for your child’s party!

When should I pick any additions to the party?

When we email you to confirm details for your party, you will have an opportunity to add on to your party with juice boxes/water for the children, and water bottles for adults. You may also add party favors and balloon arches at this time. Please keep in mind any add-ons or changes require a minimum of 24- to 48-hour notice.

Can I bring food to my party?

You may bring your own cake or cupcakes and drinks for a Grand Celebration (no outside food allowed with the Grand Celebration).  For a Deluxe or Premiere Celebration, you are welcome to provide outside food such as cookies, ice cream, prepackaged dry snacks (chips, pretzels, or popcorn), fruit, vegetables, pizza, sandwiches, etc.  For the consideration of those with food allergies we also ask that no peanut/nut products are brought onto the premises. All food/snacks are served at the end of the party. A $35 Outside Food Set Up/Clean Up Fee (which will include the Party Room) will be added to a Deluxe Package.

Can I bring in my own drinks?

You are welcome to provide drinks for your guests. You may also provide juice boxes/small waters for the children. Individually packaged beverages are required and we highly recommend an ice chest or cooler. For your safety and enjoyment, food and beverages are not permitted on the gym floor. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed.

Are there any additional items I need to bring to the party?

If you will be bringing a cupcakes or a cake or cupcakes don't forget candles and something to cut and serve the cake with. For your convenience, we have lighters on hand and socks for parents ($2) available. We don't supply them but you are welcome to bring in helium balloons as well.

What if I need to reschedule my party?

We require at least a 10-day advance notice if you need to cancel your party. Remember that your deposit is time slot specific and non-refundable (sorry-no exceptions). We charge a rescheduling fee of $50 to move your party to another time slot.
