Alexis Wolf

I'm so excited to bring My Gym fun to the kids in our community! Growing up, dance and musical theater was a huge part of my life. I attended my local high school of the arts for musical theater and outside of school I was on a competition dance team. I was a dance major at Chapman University until an injury sidelined the hope of pursuing dance as a career. But I never lost my love for teaching dance and movement.

We lived in Southern California from 2017-2019, and I was looking for something fun for my first kiddo and I to do. We discovered My Gym. Attending class was the highlight of our week. I fell in love with the overall experience and curriculum. I honestly credit the classes with helping my late walker finally start to walk! It was wonderful to see how much she learned in class and how she connected with the teachers and other kids.

When we moved back to Oregon and realized there was not a local My Gym I decided to open one! My Gym Sherwood opened in 2021, and it has grown so much that I knew it was time to open a second location so in 2025 I opened My Gym SW Portland. 

My wife, two awesome kids, and I live in Beaverton. When I'm not working, you'll likely find me exploring the many parks in the area with my family, volunteering at my kids' school, reading, and traveling to Disneyland as often as possible!

I am very excited to be back in Oregon.  I've been a My Gym Owner for over 17 years, in the S.F. Bay Area (Palo Alto and San Carlos).  In 2019 my wife and I moved back Oregon to be close to our kids, grandchildren, relatives, and friends.  I graduated from Lewis & Clark College, and married my wife in Portland.  Plus, all 3 of our girls were born in the Portland metro area.  A work transfer moved our family to California, and we decided to stay to help my parents.  So after all these years, it is great to be an Oregonian again.

Sports have always been a part of my life.  After coaching my 3 daughters in various sports, I made the decision to change occupations and do something that had to do with healthy fitness for children.  Thus, began my My Gym Career.   My two My Gym's have been very successful, receiving excellence awards in every year of operation.  I was Franchisee of the Year, received an Achievement Award, and have had numerous Director's who received Director of the Year awards.  Recently I sold My Gym Palo Alto in March of 2019, and currently still own My Gym San Carlos.

I feel fortunate to be part of the My Gym organization, and I am pleased to have the opportunity to bring My Gym's top notch children's fitness program to families in the community.

Just for fun, my favorite book is Curious George, and my favorite movie is The Wizard of Oz.
